If you can remember, the pictures of windows in my previous blog did not have any day curtains.
We found this to be strangely odd, as most houses in New Zealand have day curtains installed, not only to block out the sunlight, but also for privacy.
We asked our landlord if they could install day curtains for us, and they agreed. We have such a lovely and accommodating landlord :)
