In the office where I work, we have a mixture of Singaporean and New Zealanders. So what better way to celebrate Chinese New Year than with Yu Sheng and an assortment of Chinese New Year snacks.
We even had a 'Do It Yourself' Popiah making lesson. Popiah is very healthy and very tasty!
Making Popiah is very easy to do, refer to the video below for more information. You'll see at the end that scissors were used to cut the popiah. There was no knife sharp enough hence we used a pair of scissors.
